What is Tritan?

Tritan™ is a premium, BPA-free plastic that's lightweight, crystal-clear and made for everyday use. It's durable, shatter-resistant and a great choice for little ones on the go.

Are The Happy Lot bottles BPA-free?

Yes! Our Tritan™ bottles are BPA-free, so you can feel good about making them part of your little one's everyday routine.

Is it really leak-proof and spill-proof?

Yes, the straw lid seals completely when closed, so you can pack it in a bag or lunchbox without worrying about leaks. For the best seal, make sure the lid is clicked fully into place before packing.

Is it really dishwasher safe? 

Yes! The drink bottle, snack cup and all silicone parts are top rack dishwasher safe. For extra hygiene, we recommend giving the straw a quick rinse with a bottle brush every few days to keep it fresh.

Will it fit in a lunchbox, backpack or cup holder?

Yes, our bottles are sized to fit comfortably in most kids' lunchboxes, backpacks and standard car cup holders — no bulky add-ons, just the bottle and snack cup together.

What is the capacity of the bottles? 

The drink bottle holds 400ml of liquid, while the snack cup holds 200ml, about 1 metric cup of snacks.

Are the bottles suitable for toddlers and school children?

Our bottles are designed with little ones in mind, from toddlers through to kids in kindergarten and primary school, including daycare and Crunch&Sip time. We recommend checking the age guidance on the individual product page to find the right fit for your child.

Can I put hot drinks in my bottle?

Our bottles are designed for everyday hydration. We recommend using them for cool or room-temperature drinks and following the care instructions provided with your bottle.

What snacks can I put in the snack cup?

Think little everyday favourites like crackers, pretzels, cereal, fruit pieces or other dry snacks. Just make sure any food you pack is suitable for your child's age.

Does the snack cup detach from the bottle?

Yes! The detachable design lets you separate the snack cup from the bottle, making it easy to use, refill and clean. You can remove the bottle silicone ring to attach onto the drink bottle too.

Can I use the bottle without the snack cup?

Yes, the detachable design gives you the flexibility to use your bottle with or without the snack cup, depending on what your little one's day looks like.

How do I keep the straw clean and mould-free?

Rinse the straw and lid with warm water after each use, and run them through the dishwasher (top rack) every couple of days. If needed, a small bottle brush or straw cleaner can help reach the inside of the straw to keep it fresh.

How long does shipping take? 

We aim to ship your product out within 3 business days. Depending on Australia Post or another fulfilment provider, the actual delivery can take 5-7 business days, depending on where you live.

Do you sell replacement straws or parts?

Not at this point, however if there is enough demand for additional parts we can look into it! If you're experiencing issues with your product, please send us an email.
